Carl joined ValueClick in October 2001 as Chief Operating Officer for ValueClick Europe and was promoted to Chief Executive Officer for Europe August 2006. Carl is responsible for the overall management and growth of ValueClick's European subsidiaries: ValueClick Media, Commission Junction, Mediaplex and PriceRunner.co.uk across London, Munich, Paris and Stockholm.
Prior to joining ValueClick, Carl served as the Chief Operating Officer of 24/7 Europe and was responsible for media and technology businesses in thirteen countries. Previously, Carl was a publisher for BBC Worldwide (the commercial arm of the British Broadcasting Corporation) running commercial and editorial teams across a number of magazine titles including BBC Good Food and BBC Top Gear, as well as UK multimedia projects such as Walking with Dinosaurs.
Carl holds a B.S.c. (Hons) from Bristol University. |

Peter Bitsakis joined ValueClick in April 2004 and serves as the European Finance Director. He is responsible for the overall financial reporting and financial management of ValueClick's European operations — ValueClick Media, Commission Junction, Mediaplex, Search123 and PriceRunner — in London, Munich, Paris and Stockholm. His responsibilities also include Human Resources, Legal and Facilities.
Prior to joining ValueClick, Peter was was EMEA Finance Director at SPL WorldGroup, a leading provider of software solutions for the global utility market. Previously, Peter acquired key financial experience at BDO Stoy Hayward, Coopers & Lybrand and International Masters Publishers.
Peter graduated from the University of the Witwatersrand in South Africa and is a qualified UK Chartered Certified Accountant.

Lone joined ValueClick Europe in April 2005, where she is responsible for developing and delivering an HR strategy across the European businesses that: ensures an excellent workforce; supports the over-achievement of business objectives by encouraging employee involvement; ensuring first class people management; and progressing staff development and training plans.
Lone also liaises with the other offices in France, Germany and Sweden to ensure a common and coordinated approach to people management and development.
Before joining ValueClick Lone spent two years at DirectLink Worldwide, the courier company, as HR Manager and then as HR Business Partner. At DirectLink she helped put in place a comprehensive HR function, identifying and rolling out their first set of company values and developing the HR strategy further.
Prior to that, Lone held various HR roles at Post Denmark, lastly as Senior HR Consultant, based at the head office in Copenhagen. |

Alison joined ValueClick in November 2001. She joined as Sales Manager with a remit to form and develop the Mediaplex team in the UK. Alison progressed to Sales Director and then Country Manager in late 2004. She took over the additional management responsibility of Commission Junction in March 2006.
Alison is responsible for running the Mediaplex and Commission Junction businesses for ValueClick. The functions of the Mediaplex business include third-party campaign management, ad serving and tracking for advertisers and agencies, as well as advertising management for online publishers. She manages the account management, technology and new business teams. Commission Junction is a leading affiliate marketing network and Alison manages the development of new partnerships, existing client relations, product development and an aggressively growing UK team.
Prior to joining ValueClick, Alison was Business Development Manager at DoubleClick’s media division, working within the travel, finance and current affairs channels. Previous to DoubleClick, Alison worked for Television New Zealand for over 5 years in roles that included working on brand marketing, new business sponsorship and finally entertainment brand licensing and marketing. |

Mattias joined PriceRunner, the price comparison company, in May 2004 as Chief Financial Officer, based in Sweden. In September 2005, Mattias joined PriceRunner in the UK as Country Manager. Tasked with driving growth and development for the business, he works closely with the management team to grow the user and retailer base and develop the PriceRunner offering to achieve the goal of becoming the number one price comparison service in the UK.
In his role as CFO, Mattias was responsible for driving all aspects of the financial function from financial control, business analysis and human resources to managing the accounting department in Sweden and the external accountancy firms in UK and France.
Prior to joining PriceRunner, Mattias worked for five years for the Swedish investment bank, Öhman Fondkommission, advising clients in sectors such as Internet, Telecommunications, Oil & Gas and Private Equity with respect to mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, initial public offerings and private placements of equity. |

Nigel joined ValueClick in March 2005. As Head of Search, Nigel is responsible for driving the European growth and development strategy for Search123, ValueClick’s pay per click search marketing business which launched in June 2005. Search123 combines and syndicates the very best sponsored listings from a variety of paid listings providers together with its own direct advertiser listings.
Nigel is also addressing how to effectively build and grow other search related revenues across ValueClick’s existing business portfolio both in the UK and in Continental Europe.
Nigel joined from international search company, InfoSpace, where he was responsible for the UK business development strategy of their search and directories business.
With over thirteen years experience in management and business development, Nigel has a wealth of industry expertise in search and online media. At InfoSpace he drove the sales strategy for the search syndication solution, as well as being responsible for managing the Thomson Directories account. Previous to his career at InfoSpace, Nigel was a founding member of a dot com startup – allcars.com. Nigel was the General Manager and was responsible for growing the business from the start. He has also gained a variety of industry experience in senior sales and business development positions with BMW (GB) and Canon. |

Richard joined ValueClick in January 2007. He is responsible for running ValueClick Media, the online advertising sales house, which includes online brand and performance display advertising; channel and network advertising; and exclusively representing sites, such as Deliaonline.co.uk and PriceRunner.co.uk. Richard leads the teams and manages the business heads for sales, publisher development, and account management and operations.
Prior to joining ValueClick, Richard was Head of Retail at Hemscott Plc, the provider of business and financial data, responsible for all activity on the premium subscription and free to air sites. He also held the role of Head of Media at the company, in charge of advertising revenue. Before this, Richard was Head of Agency Sales at the Financial Times UK, where he oversaw relationships between the FT and major media agencies and direct advertisers. Richard has worked in the online and media sectors since he began his career at Haymarket Publications over 10 years ago. |
