ValueClick acquires ClickAgents, adding scale to its existing cost-per-click display ad network offering.

ValueClick acquires Mediaplex, adding ad serving, e-mail campaign management and ad agency management technology products to the company's solutions.

ValueClick acquires BeFree, adding affiliate marketing to the company's solutions.
May 2003
ValueClick acquires Search123, a pay-per-click search engine.
December 2003
ValueClick acquires Commission Junction, adding significant scale to its existing affiliate marketing services offerings. ValueClick combines Commission Junction and BeFree to create the largest affiliate marketing network. The combined affiliate marketing business retains the Commission Junction brand name.

ValueClick's Commission Junction powers 47% of Internet Retailer's Top 300 Web Retailers' affiliate programs.
August 2004
ValueClick purchases PriceRunner, the leading provider of online shopping comparisons in Europe.
January 2005
ValueClick unites its technology businesses under the Mediaplex brand.

ValueClick acquires Fastclick, adding significant scale to the company's existing display ad network offering. The combined ValueClick/Fastclick display ad network represents the largest independent network on the Internet.

ValueClick launches "new" ValueClick Media with the integration of Fastclick and lead generation services from Webclients.net. Strategic consolidation results in the industry's most established and effective display ad and lead generation network.

ValueClick Media Launches behavioral targeting solution.
October 2006
Fortune magazine names ValueClick as one of the "100 Fastest Growing Companies." MSN selects PriceRunner as its primary comparison shopping provider in UK and France.

ValueClick added to the S&P 400 MidCap Index.

ValueClick acquires leading U.S. comparison shopping site operator, MeziMedia, with hugely successful brands as Smarter.com and CouponMountain.
